Greetings to all our highly valued customers / clients. This is an announcement to let you know that all the pending 108 CompTIA voucher deliveries have been successfully cleared this morning.
As we have already informed you about the delay in delivering CompTIA vouchers in the earlier announcement that we posted on our news portal yesterday. This is the follow up update regarding the previously posted issue that we have successfully delivered all the pending 108 CompTIA vouchers this morning. Voucher codes were mailed to the customer’s registered email addresses & the information was also updated to the respective order nos. In case you have missed the email somehow, you can still check your voucher codes from the order details page by logging in to your account.
Although CompTIA is still struggling with their new upgrades & updates, but CompTIA voucher orders are being processed. And yes, its still a little slower than what its used to be before the upgrade. Most orders are now being processed within 24 hours. We are hopeful that by the coming week, we will be able to provide our customers with express voucher delivery within a few hours from the time an order is placed with VoucherPlex.
